Powder Puff Cookie

 2 cups flour sifted

1 tsp cream of tartar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup confectioners sugar

1 cup butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

Mix and sift together 2 cups of flour,1 tsp cream of tatar,1/2 tsp baking soda

measure in bowl and blend 1 cup confectioners sugar,1 cup butter,1 egg,1 tsp vanilla

add flour mix until smooth

make into little balls flatten by pressing crosswise on top with fork

bake 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes
