Does God convict your heart ?

Does God convict your heart? Ever have that feeling in your heart when something isn't right? Well that is God convicting you. When ever you do or say something that isn't right according to God,he will let your heart know by nagging you. Sometimes it's a heavy burden until you make it right. Don't ignore it because it will only get worse,believe me I've been there before and I know first hand. Alot of people play it off as heartburn or say they just don't feel to well but it's God telling them what they did or said wasn't right and they need to make it right. So if you have a nagging feeling in your heart and you feel something isn't right just ask God and he'll tell you. If you repent and ask for forgiveness God will wipe your slate clean and he'll convict you no more unless you keep doing the same thing over and over. So does God convict? Me being a Christian and knowing first hand I say yes God convicts your heart. So I think if you have done or said something wrong to someone not only ask God for forgiveness but ask that person as well. Your heat will be alot lighter believe me.
