ingredients

pork chops

butter

3/4cp milk

salt

8oz cream cheese

paprika

1/2tbsp garlic salt

pepper

1/2cp parmsean cheese

coat the chops with the seasoned flour and brown in butter.

heat milk ad cream cheese garlic salt and 1/4 cp parm. cheese

mixing well untl blended.

place chops in a 12 x 8 baking dish.

cover with sauce and 1/4cp parm cheese

bake @ 325 degrees for 50 mins or until chops are tender.

Fiesta Pasta Salad (makes 7 servings)

4cps cooked colorful pasta

1cp cooked beans or 1 can (8oz) black or red beans drained

1 1/2 cps salsa

1cp red bell pepper chopped

1cp green bell pepper chopped

1cp red onion chopped

2 cps tomato chopped

1cp corn cooked

1tbspcilantro

1. cook pasta in boiling water for about 10-15 minutes. drain

2.mix remaining ingredients with cooked pasta.

3. refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving.

I make a similar recipe, browning the chops in a skillet as mentioned above, for the sauce I used cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and half a container of shaved parmesan cheese. After that is melted I place the chops in a shallow baking dish and cover in the cheese sauce. I use the remaining shaved parm to sprinkle on each chop. Bake as listed above. I serve this with long grain wild rice (which is delish with the sauce) and for a vegetable I steam broccoli, chill it and toss with diced tomaotes in balsamic vinaigrette and a little olive oil. I have made this multiple times and always gotten rave reviews!
