Boston Market Rotisserie Chicken

  I like Boston Markets Chicken so I make my own and now you can too.

what you need is:

1/4 cup oil

1/4 tbsp honey

1 tbsp lime juice

1/4 tsp paprika

seasoning salt

4 chicken breasts with skins

mix all the ingredients well in a saucepan and warm just to melt the honey

arrange chicken breasts skin side up in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray

bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes,basting chicken without turning them 3-4 times during baking until nicely browned.

immediately upon removing from oven seal baking dish tightly in foil and let stand for 15-20 minutes before serving.

I like to serve with corn and mashed potatoes.
